Sports & Social Results
Sports and social results also have many connections. Sports help to have better social results, and social results can also help the sports performance. Sports permit to create a bigger and better social circle (depending if the sport is individual or collective), and to have a healthy body. As well, sports mantain mental and emotional health stable. At the same time, having a good social circle will mantain a good mental and emotional health, therefore a healthy body. These two aspects mantain stress out of the body, permitting to concentrate well in the tasks that are to be done.
As mentioned before, sports help to manage time better, and also the social time. As sports and academic responsibilities take the first place, the leftover time will be dedicated to social activities... (and other stuff like resting, eating, relaxing, etc). However, social activities are done permanently, during sports activities and school activities, this is why it would be considered to be the last thing in priorities order. Nevertheless, the three aspects are of great importance. According to the interviews that I managed to do, the four people who I inteviewed affirmed that doing an activity different to studying helps students to manage time better. Alcides Saavedra, an actual soccer trainer and ex professional soccer player, stated the following: "Sports help you organize time better because after finishing your training, you know that the remaining time is for other responsibilities, works, activities, and resting." |
