PROCRASTINATION
Procrastination is the greatest problem of time management. Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks first, instead of doing the most important tasks first. This leads you to do everything to the last minute. Procrastination makes the person dilate the tasks, many time because they feel they have plenty of time to do the task, but they let the time pass and still think the same of the beginning. This leads at the end to stockpile many tasks, making the person get stressed because of the lack of time.
The principle of procrastination is pleasure because it is the action of trying to avoid negative, stressful, or boring things, while instead, the person do stuff that he/she likes. Many people use an excuse for using procrastination, saying that they work better under pressure, but it is really not justified, because the person could equally work well when having plenty of time. Everyone procrastinates at some point, it is a very common action. However, 20% of the people chronically avoid difficult tasks and look for distractions.

Some psychologists researches, affirm that the root of procrastination takes place in the prefrontal cortex of the brain. When this area of the brain is not constantly being active, the preson reduces its ability to filter out distracting stimuli. The prefrontal cortex is in charge of planning, impulse control, attention, and to decrease distracting stimuli from other brain regions.
